Where is Josha based?
Are all three categories under the same brand?
Yes. Josha is one brand with three branches:
Josha Originals – High-end luxury fashion and apparel
Josha Essentials – Beauty, skincare, and wellness
Josha Lovegods – Spiritual fashion, accessories, and sacred items
Each has its own website/subdomain, but they’re all part of the same Josha family.
🛍️ ORDERS & SHIPPING
A: Yes, we offer international shipping from all Josha subdomains. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location.
A: For domestic orders within India, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on customs and courier service.
A: At this time, each Josha category has its own shopping cart (due to subdomains). You’ll need to check out separately on:

A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over ₹1999.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
A: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging. Some beauty and spiritual items may be non-returnable due to hygiene/sacred use. Please check the product page for return eligibility.
A: Yes, we allow size exchanges on clothing items within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
